The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary beyond reasonable standards.

🔹 1. Legal Notice

SENTINEL SOLUTIONS LLC (“the Company”) is a registered Texas limited liability company providing residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services throughout the State of Texas.

All services are performed by trained personnel following industry standards and safety guidelines. The Company is insured and operates in compliance with all applicable city, county, state, and federal regulations.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion, with or without notice, in the event of unsafe conditions, nonpayment, or uncooperative behavior.

🔹 2. Terms of Service

a. Service Agreements

All cleaning services are scheduled and confirmed in advance. Once a service appointment is confirmed, the client agrees to the terms outlined herein.
Written estimates or invoices provided by SENTINEL SOLUTIONS LLC are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

b. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate terms are agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, ACH, or electronic payment via approved platforms. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week past the due date.

c. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) may result in full service charge.

d. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If access is not available, the service will be marked as a no-show and may be billed accordingly.

e. Cleaning Products and Safety

SENTINEL SOLUTIONS LLC provides standard, industry-grade cleaning products.
Upon request, clients may request eco-friendly or hypoallergenic alternatives.
Clients must notify the Company in writing of any allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions related to cleaning products or materials before service begins.

f. Customer Satisfaction

If a client is unsatisfied with any portion of the cleaning, they must report it within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any concerns.

g. Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for properties that are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or in violation of health or legal standards.

🔹 3. Liability Waiver and Release

By engaging SENTINEL SOLUTIONS LLC for cleaning services, the client agrees to the following:

Damage and Loss:
The Company shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper installation, age, or defective materials.
Clients must report any alleged damage within 24 hours of service completion for evaluation.

Valuables:
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, jewelry, cash, and sensitive materials before service. SENTINEL SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for loss of unsecured items.

Health and Safety:
The Company is not responsible for injuries, illness, or property damage caused by undisclosed hazardous materials, unsafe environments, or conditions outside its control.

Third-Party Access:
The Company is not responsible for property conditions before or after service when other contractors, tenants, or third parties are present.

Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SENTINEL SOLUTIONS LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from service performance except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

Force Majeure:
The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, illness, or acts of God.

🔹 4. Governing Law

This agreement and all related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court within Harris County, Texas.

🔹 5. Acceptance

By scheduling or accepting cleaning services from SENTINEL SOLUTIONS LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Legal Notice, Terms of Service, and Liability Waiver.
